Crawl space vapor barriers
High quality crawl space vapor barriers are essential if you want to make sure that your crawl space is properly sealed against moisture.
We always use the most durable plastic on the crawl space floor with a thickness of 20 mill. Our polyethylene vapor barriers are reinforced to provide an effective vapor barrier against the moisture that wicks up from the ground. All seams are overlapped a minimum of 12 inches and taped with waterproof tape.
Our basement waterproofing consists of a Flexible Waterproof Membrane that is high performance, cold applied, flexible, preformed waterproof membrane combining a special high performance cross-laminated, HDPE carrier film with a unique self-adhesive rubber bitumen compound. Used for waterproofing concrete, masonry and wood surfaces.
